We are looking for a Program Manager experienced in PMO governance and compliance with SDLC. This role requires a highly organized and results-oriented professional with a general understanding of Data management, Software, or Application side practices and technologies.Experienced in PMO governance and compliance to SDLC

Individual project managers manage budget for the projects. Will be a key component for the PMO ManagerKey Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.
2. Task Prioritization and Allocation - Identify critical tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project completion. Monitor progress and adjust resource allocation as needed to address emerging priorities.
3. Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively monitor project health and implement corrective actions when necessary.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and guidance. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management - Cultivate relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet project expectations and deliverables. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
6. Performance Metrics and Reporting - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project performance against established benchmarks.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide transparency on project progress.
7. Budget Management - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control. Monitor expenditures and report on financial status to relevant stakeholders.​ PMP certified ​huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.36 - $85.44 per hour
